How long are your Special Offers valid? Our Special Offers run on a monthly basis, from the 1st to the last day of each calendar month. View the current Special Offers.
How do I specify different engraving text for multiples of the same product? You can specify different engraving text for each item you order, even if you require two or more items of the same product. To do this, order the first item and specify your first engraving text. Then, from the 'View Cart' page, you need to navigate back to the product page and repeat the process, but specify your second engraving text this time. The easiest way to navigate back to the product page from your Cart is to click on the thumbnail image of the product in your Cart. Top of Page
Do you ship outside of the UK? Yes, we ship to destinations within the UK, the EU (European Union) and the USA. A full schedule of our rates and destinations is available on our Shipping Information page. Top of Page
How long will my goods take to arrive? Orders are processed on a first-come first-served basis, so even orders with no engraving may take a few days to process. We aim to dispatch orders within the following timescale: - Non-engraved orders: dispatched same or next working day
- Engraved orders: dispatched within 3 working days
By 'dispatch' we mean the time when processed orders leave our workshop. For delivery times, add the following to the dispatch time:- UK Standard: 2 - 3 days
- UK Courier: 1 - 2 days
- European delivery: 2 - 3 days
- U.S.A. delivery: 10 - 12 days
If your gift items need to be delivered by a certain date, for instance for bridesmaids or groomsmens gifts, please contact us first with details of your order and shipping destination and we should be able to provide a precise delivery date. The times indicated above tend to be our maximum processing and shipping times; in practice, most customers receive their orders sooner.Top of Page
Why offer the same products on your sister site? We offer the same products on both this Business-Gifts-Express site and our sister site, Business-Gifts-Supplier. There are a number of differences between the sites: this Express site is aimed primarily at consumers; it allows individual purchases; it charges a fee for engraving; it has no 'account' facilities for corporate customers. The Supplier site is aimed primarily at corporate buyers; it only deals in bulk orders (minimum purchase is ten items); it offers lower prices for bulk orders; it offers logo engraving; it offers account facilities for corporate buyers.

Do you provide logo engraving?
Logo engraving is not available for products purchased in single or small quantity orders. If your order is for ten or more items of the same product, you should purchase online at our sister site, Business-Gifts-Supplier, where they offer free logo engraving. You will also benefit from lower prices for your bulk order.

Is it safe to give my credit/debit card details online? Yes. Our online payment processing is handled by WorldPay, a world leader in secure online purchase processing.
